Reiki Bodywork
Reiki, an ancient Japanese healing modality, is founded on the principals of ancient Eastern Asian medicine traditions and universal life-force energy (ki or qi). This therapeutic energy practice aims to balance the body's ki and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
In Eastern medicine, vital energy flows throughout our entire body. Reiki utilizes hand movements to help guide this energy in a way that leads to harmony (yin + yang) and healing in the Body-Mind system.

Keiki Reiki
Keiki Reiki is a children’s program developed to help kids build confidence, self-awareness, mindfulness and encourage empathy, compassion and resilience through self-directed energy movement.
This program is designed for children (ages 4-12) to learn about energy and how it relates to our bodies, as well as how we can cultivate our own ideas, expressions and intuition into ways to facilitate self-soothing and resilience.
Workshops and programs benefits:
- Learn basic concepts of the science behind energy: where it comes from, how it is neither created nor destroyed, and how everything is made up of energy, including ourselves
- Basic breathing techniques aimed to calm and regulate the nervous system
